Chimney Sweep

We needed an emergency chimney lining repair in the middle of quarantine before a water heater could be installed. Several chimney repair companies either lacked the crew or could not schedule us quickly. I called Mr. Chimney Sweepers of Texas and spoke with the owner, who understood the urgency and said he would try to rearrange appointments. They called back in 15 minutes and scheduled a crew for the next morning at 9 a.m. sharp. The crew was clean, clear about the chimney repair process, and kept me updated throughout the job. The plumber who installed the water heater even commented on the quality of the chimney lining work. Thanks, guys!

Our old chimney liner was cracked, so we needed a chimney liner replacement before we could use the fireplace safely. Mr. Chimney Sweepers of Texas inspected the chimney, explained the liner options, and gave us a clear quote the same day. The crew completed the chimney liner replacement on schedule, kept the work area clean, and walked us through the finished job. The fireplace drafts better, and we finally feel confident using it. I would recommend them for chimney liner replacement or any chimney repair.

My wife and I are first-time homeowners and wanted a chimney inspection to make sure our chimney was in good working order before winter. We contacted Mr. Chimney Sweepers of Texas through their website contact form, heard back within an hour, and had an appointment later that week. The technician who came out for the inspection was friendly, clearly knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. The whole chimney inspection process could not have gone any better. I highly recommend this chimney company, and we will use them again for spring chimney cleaning or any other chimney service we need.
